Want to get my wife a new horn

Okay... Here's my problem and hopefully someone who knows about cars will read this.

I want to install an aftermarket horn on my wife's car. Her OEM horn doesn't work. The only way it will work is if we take apart the whole steering wheel and completely remove the airbag, and I don't want to open that can of worms. What I want to do is basically bypass all that stuff and put something on her dash so that she can blow the horn just by pushing a button, even if it isn't on the steering wheel.

So, basically what I'm looking for is some simple instructions and what parts I'll need such as relays, wiring, fuses, etc. do you think that these things would come with a typica store-bought kit? It looks easy, but I don't want to screw it up. I've got the horn covered already, it'll be one of the air horns that you can get at Checker (Schucks) or Auto Zone. Those are niiiiice and loud. Again, I want to COMPLETELY bypass the OEM system and it's a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo.

Well, folks, if you know anything, yell back at me. :-) Thanks in advance.
